The fragrance is fresh and clean with leafy, woody undertones which are blended with grapefruit and floral notes of vetiver and cedar, finished with a rich burst of blackberry juice and bay leaf. 

This Home County Candle reed diffuser refill is filled with 100ml of the finest fragrance oils blended with soy-based solvents that have a low evaporation rate, perfect for a long lasting scent that will fragrance your home for 3-4 months.

Couple Hannah and Oli Goundry started making candles from their kitchen in Tring, Hertfordshire in 2018.

When deciding on which fragrances to choose for their candles they started thinking about meaningful quotes and emotional connections. When driving from one county into another they began to appreciate that there were always unique differences and an ambience to match. Combined with the fact that the couple often teased each other about the county they grew up in having ‘County Rivalry’, this then developed into the fragrance names they use today. Bringing stories and aromas of the most beautiful British Counties to life through unique, nostalgic, and heartfelt scents that evoke precious memories of both home and holidays!

Throwing themselves into research and speaking to locals about their ‘scent stories’ they have been able to create a range of unique fragrances to transport you back to a moment and place in time representing each truly unique county.

With an important interest in the British countryside and its nature, The Home County Candle co. aim to create beautiful fragrances without having a negative impact on the environment.
